Motivation:

It simplifies the reimplementation code in Javascript(required by Migrate from CAS to Lua(or Javascript) scripts for Redis integration #410), because Javascript has very close class ArrayBuffer.
It makes serialization/deserialization more fast and less garbage. Looks that ByteBuffer can be cached inside ThreadLocal.
