Bucket4j Distributed GemFire Cache support

I read all documenttation looks like current version of Bucket4j does not supoort GemFire Cache. I need to mutiple rest API call based on mutiple multiple rate limit plans. our organization used gemfire heavily and i need some solution with gemfire if possible. so i dont have worried about my distributed cache server.
