It'd be cool if we could have some UI improvements in terms of stuff like analog knobs and dials in the kinds of places that you'd see them, for example, volume.

Mouse click + drag up = vol up, and down for down.

This would also tie in really nicely with mobile interfaces.

I'd be happy to take on this task if its something you'd like to add.
