Issue with dispaly of notes in sphinx documentation

Hi,

I tried generating html document using sphinx and breathe from doxygen generated xml file. But the notes are placed at the end of the contents and not according to lacation of notes in xml. In effect the position of notes in document generated by doxygen and sphinx are different.

I'm afraid the project isn't super active at the moment.
