An idea of that pull request was to fix behaviour mentioned in #79

Not sure whether it is the best way to fix #79.
If I got it right from sublime text 3.2 release news and color scheme docs - colours supposed to be automatically generated for the scheme, but for me it didn't work - both added and modified lines are marked with green color

Yeah, it tries to generate the missing colors, but perhaps the colors are too close for that to work. I was actually wondering today why all the markers were the same 😃 Anyway, taking control of the colors is always best, so 👍🏻👍🏻
