Description

With a recent update Chromium changed the default media player UI which now has no volume control anymore.
In other chromium based browsers you can disable this via chrome://flags/#enable-modern-media-controls.
This is not possible to be disabled in Brave, also adding --disable-features=UseModernMediaControls does not disable the new default media player controls UI.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a supported video file that also has an audio track with Brave.
  2. Become deaf as volume in the "Modern Media Controls" is set to maximum and can not be lowered. Only possible to mute or unmute audio.
