Description

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click this link: https://developer.github.com/v4/explorer/
  2. Click green button at upper right to effect account login

Actual result:
Nothing happens. No login modal is posted.

Expected result:
Login window so account can be accessed.

Reproduces how often:
Always

Brave Version

0.22.810
Linux Slackware-current (14.2) running under VirtualBox

Changing Cookie Control shield settings to Allow all cookies seems to allow the main page to load.

I'm not able to recreate this in the beta (even w/o needing to change cookie settings)
