Description

On MacOS 10.13.4 (High Sierra), Brave is not recognized as a "Recommended Application" to display SVG files. What it means in practice is that Brave does not appear, by default, when right clicking on an SVG file for opening, nor can it be set as the default application to open in the Finder (when opening the info tab). Even when clicking "Other", when trying to choose a non-listed tab, Brave is grayed, ie, cannot be chosen by default.

An slightly more advanced user can choose, at the bottom of the open file dialogue to look at all applications in the pull-down for "Enable", in which case Brave can be chosen. But I would expect this becoming a hurdle for a lambda user.

I am not sure how this should be 'registered' by MacOS, to be honest.

B.t.w., once this setting is done, SVG files open in Brave like charm.
