Enabling Widevine causes some flash player to stop streaming

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Google Widevine and Flash player in settings
2. Visit Prime Video, able to stream video
3. Visit Crunchyroll.com, doesn't stream video, disable Google Widevine, streams flash content

Actual result:
Enabling Widevine causes some flash player to stop streaming

Expected result:
Should not cause problem streaming with either plugin enabled/disabled

Noticed this issue on Bell.ca site as well. Disabling Widevine allows streaming using flash
