The following features are 100% on Release via Griffin, we can default enable them:

BraveP3ATypicalJSONDeprecation
ShouldAlwaysRunBraveAdsService
ShouldSupportSearchResultAds
ShouldAlwaysTriggerBraveSearchResultAdEvents
BraveRewardsAllowSelfCustodyProviders
