Unable to quit VPN screen

When I click on teh VPN button, I am greeted with a "Billing unavailable message" with a never ending looping loading pop-up. The issue is that neither clicking the x on the top left or the return button will do anything. This means that to leave this screen I am forced to close and re-open the app.

Steps to reproduce

1. (Device with Google Play Services but without Google Play and a Google Account)
2. Open the Brave VPN page

Brave functionality without Google Play/ G.P. Services is broken. It is said that the problem originates from chromium, and they will look for a solution. #37855 (comment)

Apparently almost no one checks the browser in different environments, this error should also be taken into account.

Payments are processed through the Google Play store. A game, with Google Play disabled, cannot display the price of certain content, sometimes not even in dollars. The "billing unavailable" message and the loading symbol are expected.

What is a problem is that the VPN screen does not respond, even though it is a paid tool, the VPN button should not even appear, taking into account that it is something that depends on the Play Store.

Billing unavailable is fine, VPN button is annoying but acceptable: But not being to exit is clearly a bug, this could also happen if there is no connection.
