Found while testing #15937
Imported Linked content is not showing up in the ipfs localhost

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.27.x
2. Enable ipfs and open blog. brave.com
3. Import a linked content
4. Imported Linked content is not showing up in the ipfs localhost

Actual result:

Expected result:

linked content should be shown instead of object object

Always

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave	1.27.84 Chromium: 91.0.4472.124 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

This is caused by a bug in ipfs-webui.
It was fixed in latest version shipped with go-ipfs 0.9.0, so only thing here is to retest after we update to go-ipfs 0.9
