Allow consent-only crypto mining from authedmine.com

Brave appears to be blocking the authedmine.com domain, which breaks sites using the Coinhive's captcha (alternative to Google's reCaptcha).

The domain itself is only used in cases where the user gives express and verified consent. See AuthedMine - A Non-Adblocked Miner. It's also worth noting that Coinhive do not track users, as per their Privacy Policy.

I support blocking cryptojacking, but blocking consent-only mining services is unnecessary and counterproductive to giving content creators an alternative to Google Adwords.
