Thanks for the feature request and for your patience. Could you tell us a bit more about your use case? Were you asking just for the Quickstart page to be available as a PDF, or the entire Boto3 docs? I'm not sure if the latter would be considered, because the docs are quite large and changing constantly.

Maybe the Quickstart page makes sense to provide as a PDF if you are running a course or workshop. But you should be able to just run the print shortcut on the page (Ctrl + p/Cmd + p) and Save as PDF (although this may not get formatted very neatly with snippets split across pages). There are also several online converter tools that should be able to convert a page like that pretty easily.
