Does boto3 copes with a local proxy server and "is_secure" trough env variables?

I'm behind a proxy server and a 3rd party calls to botocore.vendored.requests.head fails with CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED. I believe this is due to the proxy server, and my question is how do I setup my machine correctly for boto3?

I do have environment variables setting http_proxy and https_proxy. They are correct. I read boto3 does make use of them, but I'm not sure whether that's all or not. For example, in wget's dedicate file /etc/wgetrc/ - I also set use_proxy = on and check_certificate = off. Is there any local setup that I'm missing?

The thing is while running get_data_quality_ruleset_evaluation_run getting this error in response
'ErrorString': 'LAUNCH ERROR | Error downloading from S3 for bucket: aws-glue-ml-data-quality-assets-us-east-1, key: jars/aws-glue-ml-data-quality-etl.jar.Access Denied (Service: Amazon S3; Status Code: 403; Please refer logs for details.',
but in the entire thing, I am not creating this bucket aws-glue-ml-data-quality-assets-us-east-1 nor the bucket has been generated before @MattiaMontanari

I don't understand what you're saying @shivam-patil-DAX :) but my solution eventually was replacing the call to the https address with http.
