Boto3 Connect is missing method "put_user_status"

As the title suggests, the Boto3 library is missing the "put_user_status" method

This results in the following

Hi thanks for reaching out. It looks like we missed this discussion because it wasn't in the Q&A category, I'll move it over there now.

The ...has no attribute error... is often due to using an older version of boto3. I recommend updating to the latest version of boto3 and trying this again. If a command is documented then it should be supported on the latest version.

This was based off Lambda implementation of Boto3

Unless it has changed, I don't believe this exists
