Qualification requirements

Hello,
I am trying to submit HITs to the amazon mturk including on it qualifications for the worker. When I create the hit I include the following parameter

   QualificationRequirements = [{QualificationTypeId: '00000000000000000040',
                               Comparator: ' GreaterThanOrEqualTo',
                               IntegerValues: [250]}]

My problem is every time I try to define a qualification I get the error

    NameError: name 'QualificationTypeId' is not defined

As far as I read online the ID is correct, can anyone explain me what am I doing wrong?

Found the solution in case some one has the same problem in the future:

QualificationRequirements = [{'QualificationTypeId': '00000000000000000040',
                           'Comparator': ' GreaterThanOrEqualTo',
                           'IntegerValues': [250]}]
