Bootstrap-vue current state of life

When looking at the number of opened issues and PR, and the very low activity on commits, I was wondering if Bootstrap-vue still actively maintained ?

@sowinski, you can use Vuetify, Quasar, or Buefy for example.

There is bootstrap-vue-3, but personally I'm using primevue. Primevue is backed by a company and while the vue3 version has the most development they're still maintaining the vue2 version.

Anyway, I think its best if this is more clearly communicated in the repo
