MacOS keyboard shortcut issues #450

The following standard keyboard shortcuts aren't defined on MacOS:

Cmd+Shift+Up Select to top of document
Cmd+Shift+Down Select to bottom of document
Cmd+Up Move cursor to top of document
Cmd+Down Move cursor to bottom of document
Cmd+Shift+Z Redo last action (we currently map to Cmd+Y like on Windows)

The following as well, although they seem a little more esoteric:

Ctrl+F Move one character forward
Ctrl+B Move one character backward
Ctrl+N Move one line down
Ctrl+P Move one line up
Ctrl+A Move to start of line
Ctrl+E Move to end of line
Ctrl+O Insert newline
