After doing this, we'll no longer need to fix #71.

Supporting only object-style rules will make our lives easier.

Function-style rules are deprecated and support for them is expected to be dropped from ESLint in ESLint v9: eslint/rfcs#85

Let's wait until ESLint drops support for them before we do as well. This is not urgent and low-cost to continue supporting it.
