Reduce or eliminate upstream patches

To transpile JTS to JSTS I carry a set of patches:

• Use internal priority queue locationtech/jts#259
• Expose ordinal constants and use instead of reflection locationtech/jts#222
• Use alternative method to change PM locationtech/jts#221
• Use static ops and avoid null argument when creating geom locationtech/jts#217
• Move operation methods implementation into operation classes locationtech/jts#200
• Refactor method to change PM locationtech/jts#393

Some of these needs to be updated and perhaps more work. I think I have some unpublished patches lying around too, which I hopefully can extract into PRs to add to the above.

Ideally no patches should be needed, so this issue tracks efforts towards that goal.
