RGBLINK X2 Control problem

Hello, I'm using a video processor called RGBLINK X2. In Bitfocus Companion, RGBLINK X3 is in the item, but not X2. However, the two equipment share the same software, so I thought it would work. But when I connect the equipment, the Status window says "Warning The device has not sent any data since 00:00:00:PM." Is there any way to fix this error
Or I would like to learn how to send a signal through Bitfocus Companion if I can know the protocol packet sent to that equipment. thank you :)
