Is there a way to develop an automaker app? for car control.

If you can get a entitlement for an automaker app (com.apple.developer.carplay-protocols), I can help. Those are not advertised and only given out to automakers. We can attempt to make it work in a simulator writing carplay features to defaults - https://fotidim.com/automaker-carplay-apps-without-apples-or-automaker-s-blessings-3d7b9618923d

I guess it will be similar to MapTemplate, with full react renderer for custom UI.
