Feature request

A feature similar to Briar's https://briarproject.org/news/2021-briar-1.4-released/ where you can share messages via USB drives or Micro SD cards.

Context

This enhances already necessary offline message sharing over Bluetooth for various reasons.

Possible implementation

See Briar's implementation.
