Description
The Object Storage service is not authorizing TFRS upload and get requests when using pre-signed urls from the frontend react app. We need to investigate why these urls are failing authorization and implement a fix so we can use the Object Storage shared service on TFRS Production.

We discussed at refinement that the first step is to email the group who control the relevant server to see if TFRS can be added. Alex or Kimia to send this email.
