I'm running:

  • Parity client version: v1.10.8-stable-bd20c45-20180628/x86_64-linux-gnu/rustc1.27.0
  • Parity UI version: 0.1.4
  • Operating system: Linux
  • Installed via: .deb file
  • Fully synchronized: not sure about this, node health shows me most of the time "SYNC chain synchronized", but then from time to time it shows me "NOT SYNCED". Where can I see the REAL status? There is no "block x out of y synced" status.
  • Network: ropsten
  • I tried to restart both Parity UI and Parity Ethereum client: yes

My issue is that when I go to wallet --> accounts --> choose my default address, then under the address is written 10 outgoing transactions, but in the section below TRANSACTIONS - list powered by etherscan.io nothing is shown!

Also I try to deploy a smart contract, it shows me the hash ans tells me Smart Contract will be deployed, but nothing happens for one hour.

Can anybody help?

We do not show the past transactions that were performed with other tools. To see your past transactions, please visit etherscan.

Concerning your smart contract, it is not clear from your description what the problem is. Did you pass enough gas, what does Etherscan say about the transaction?

Reopened: Transactions should probably be shown even if not performed within Parity UI
