Create a FileContentContainer component to show the contents of a file

After working on issue 3497 in balena-ui, I realized we needed a reusable component which can easily show the contents of a file without any additional styling and modifications.

I would like to a create a component which can display the contents of a file while not altering the formatting of the file.
