Current and expected behavior

when using @babel/parser@7.18.6 (and newer versions):

let f,
    h = 0,
    j = 0;
f = h >>> 0 >> 0;

expected, and also when using @babel/parser@7.18.5:

let f,
    h = 0,
    j = 0;
f = h >>> 0 < j >>> 0;
