Motivation

Headings should be more distinguishable from body copy

Consider other use cases outside of Quickstart. Potential color conflicts in other scenarios.

How do other campus units display headings in their products?

One obvious site is the ServiceNow portal. There, both the main navigation headings and the announcement title headings are #0C234B (midnight is #001c48, so close if not exact)

The SIA main page has yet another dark blue main heading #036.
