migration delete from list error (ALLOWED_FOR_DELETE_OPERAND)

Not sure if this is a bug, lack of documentation or what..
I'm tring to migrate from v2 to v3, in v2 you couldn't delete from a list unless is a Set (no from arrays), testing my old db with v2 let's me delete, but with v3 fails:

v2 code

Looked for ALLOWED_FOR_DELETE_OPERAND but almost nothing

solved.. before it was using createSet function, now it's just a regular new Set([value])
