Error When Launching Tool from Canvas Module

Description

When launching the Avalon tool from a Canvas module:

• Add a Module item to a Canvas course
  • Use general LTI route for the Avalon instance (ex: https://mco-staging.dlib.indiana.edu/users/auth/lti/callback)
  • Keep "Load in a new tab" unchecked in the Item Details when created the module item
• Select the module item from the Modules page in the Canvas course site
• The page loads within the Canvas course and shows the items authorized for the course as expected, but the "cookies couldn't be set" error displays on each page

Needs investigation; could be a browser/environment issue rather than something widespread based on whether cookies can be set and what the security conditions are.
