Security vulnerability in @types/mime #133

@types/mime is a transitive dependency for @types/express-jwt

There is a security vulnerability in v2.0.1 of @types/mime
broofa/mime#167

This means @types/express-jwt has to be updated to fix the vulnerability.

@jahanarun can you expand a little more on the relevance to broofa/mime#167

@types/express-jwt is currently locked on the latest, which is version 0.0.42 https://www.npmjs.com/package/@types/express-jwt?activeTab=versions
