Can ruff detect potential maximum-recursion-related errors?

take the following example code

>>> self = [{"foo": "bar"}]
>>> self.append(self)
>>> self
[{'foo': 'bar'}, [...]]
>>> self[1]
[{'foo': 'bar'}, [...]]
>>> self[1][1]
[{'foo': 'bar'}, [...]]

There's probably very little reason why one should want to write this code. I see two cases where this happens (so far):

• there was a typo and one intended to append something other than self
• one intended to append self, but then it probably should be self.append(self.copy()) or self.append([*self]) or similar
