解決策

titleBarOverlay: true にする

既存の問題

  • Windows環境で maximizable: false が無視される（最大化できてしまう）
  • Windows環境でコントロールボタンの下に謎の黒い線がある

既に electron のリポジトリに isuue が立ってたので、解決待ち。

OSによって、ウィンドウコントロールの位置を変更するようにしたのでこれで良いような気がする
