I cannot access previous documentation that are not the latest stable.

E.g https://argo-cd.readthedocs.io/en/release-2.7/operator-manual/argocd-cmd-params-cm-yaml/

Also the dropdown selecting the release it not showing up anymore

That page didn't exist for release-2.7.

I believe the main bug here is that the 404 page looks very broken.
