Bug Report

Describe the bug

After installing the Agent on M1 Mac I have several times tried to get a board recognised by the Device Provisioning process and it kept failing.
At some point the debug console started showing messages of installed tools, but long time after the board was connected.
At this point the board was recognised by the Device Provisioning process.
No tools were previously installed

The Agent should notify the user of required tools being installed in order to avoid the perception that nothing is working
