trivy 0.42.0 fails with "unsupported type generic" message

Description

This is a very similar issue to #4566

BUT with a different unsupported type.

When scanning an image created by Paketo, the "unsupported type generic" error message occurs and return code is -1.

Desired Behavior

Trivy to scan successfully!

I can install v 0.41.0 and it works fine. Update to 0.42.0 and it fails.

Actual Behavior

Usual "info" type messages and then :

Reproduction Steps

1. Install Paketo (for the `pack` command)
2. In an empty directory, create a `public` directory and an empty `index.html` file in it (`mkdir public ; touch public/index.html`)
3. Do a paketo build : `pack config default-builder paketobuildpacks/builder:base ; pack build html --path . --env BP_WEB_SERVER=httpd`
4. You now have an image called "html", scan it with trivy `trivy image html`
