The new defines `LIBBPF_MAJOR_VERSION` and `LIBBPF_MINOR_VERSION` have been introduced in libbpf v0.6. We now expose their API as well. Signed-off-by: Sascha Grunert <sgrunert@redhat.com>

The new defines
