[IJ Plugin] Tweak navigation from GraphQL to generated code

The plugin adds elements from the generated models when invoking "Go to declaration" on GraphQL fields, fragment spreads and fragment definitions. In most cases this isn't very useful, and can be an annoyance since going to the GraphQL declaration now requires 2 clicks instead of one.

A setting (defaulting to false) should be added.
