Description

We have apollo-engine-ktor for Ktor users. Let's try to keep apollo-runtime as small as possible in terms of dependencies

In #5702 Ktor usage is removed from the JS HttpEngine.

Keeping the issue open for now as we still use Ktor in the WebSocketEngine, until we replace that with the incubating one.
