Way to provide apiGroup descriptions #1442

Feature request

OAS support descriptions for tags like so:

  "tags": [
    {
      "name": "pet",
      "description": "Everything about your Pets"
      }
    }

I do not think we can do the same thing, currently, with apidoc, unless I missid it, but it would be a valuable addition, in my opinion.
