9.2.3 traffic_server -Cclear with over 99 devices in storage.config crashes with segmentation fault #11158

Note that regardless what is configured storage device count: if it is 100, 101 or 102, diags.log always ends with cache.disk.99 when crashing. Never reaching higher storage device id-s. |
When -Cclear succeds with 99 disks, diags.log is much bigger (runs same disk several times):

Alma 9.3 and ATS from EPEL 9: trafficserver-9.2.3-1.el9.x86_64
New server with 102HDD attached, -Cclear to initialize all disks fails when storage.config has more than 99 devices. With 99 14TB HDD-s cache clearing takes 210GB memory and runs single process 100% CPU:
