Getting window information in a pulsar function

Let's say I have a window function that runs every X seconds, which is defined by a configuration that can change at any time.
If I want to implement something like a rolling average, how can I get the current frequency that is used to schedule the function execution ?

I'm having lots of hard time with state storage, so let's say I just want to have this without stateful functions.
