kn workflow quarkus deploy command does not print the app URL to console log.

The only way how to get URL is to get it from deployed services details with the command kn service list ${SERVICE_NAME}.

If you used SonataFlow plugin, there is no url printed to console log. You have to get it from deployed services details. For example kn service list ${SERVICE_NAME}.

This would be a nice enhancement in the cli.
