Alternative way of passing cli params for dag triggering, backfilling, and task testing

Currently, it's necessary to pass json, for example:

airflow dags trigger foo_dag -c '{"param1": "value1"}'
airflow dags trigger foo_dag -c '{"param1": "value1", "param2": "some other param"}'
airflow tasks test foo_dag bar_task -t  '{"param1": "value1"}'

What if we could use a simpler to type and read syntax like this instead:

airflow dags trigger foo_dag -p param1=value1
airflow dags trigger foo_dag -p param1=value1 -p param2="some other param"
airflow tasks test foo_dag bar_task -p param1=value1

I think the two ways could co-exist.
