What is the best way to pass parameters between two DAGs using Dataset?

There seem to be two ways to do this

1. Dataset has an extra attribute, and we use it to pass parameter

I don't know if it's possible to set extra dynamically in this case.
I suppose I could pass it directly to manager, but I don't know if that's the recommended way to do it.

2. access xcom using the source_task_instance of triggering_dataset_events passed to Context

But it doesn't seem like the best way to do it.

Is there any other way recommend, especially when using Dataset?
