worker_concurrency and concurrent KubernetesPodOperator tasks

Hello community!

After reading the docs, I am still not clear on whether the number of concurrent tasks (specified in parameter worker_concurrency) include number of KubernetesPodOperator tasks, since the latter run in their own pods?

To make it concrete, if I want to run 32 KubernetesPodOperator tasks concurrently, and I have one worker with worker_concurrency=16, I will only be able to run 16 of those tasks concurrently?
