SUMMARY

In order for this collection to interface with an organization's ServiceNow instance certain permissions must be granted. Currently this is not documented and new users are left to figure out this out through trial-and-error. This information should be included in the docs to avoid such a scenario.

@tima I might be running into an issue related to this. Can you specify what permissions are required?

Wanted to comment, Im also surprised at the lack of requirements as is related to the SN side. User/role? Permissions? Configurations? All the important parts that are required on the SN side for this collection to be used.
