Answering questions on the support site takes up a fair amount of time these days, as it's a busier place than it used to be. Any help you can provide answering people's questions would be appreciated. A lot of questions are FAQs, so in many cases linking people to the relevant knowledge base article is a good start.

I'm in. I noticed addons_zz increased his coloboration a lot recently. Does the new support site tag usernames easly so a different color or whatever so the user knows a reply is from a colaborator user instead of the "official staff". I noticed quite often people think there is a whole team behind Ankiand not just you and collaborators.

Thanks for helping out!

I'm not sure such a tag is necessary - good advice is good advice regardless of it it comes from "staff" or not. Discourse should automatically add badges to your profile as you complete actions/participate on the site: https://meta.discourse.org/t/what-are-badges/32540

Thank you! If you could answer any posts on https://forums.ankiweb.net that you know the answer to, that would be a big help.

我想知道为啥这个标签在qt6,2.1.66版本直接变灰色了啊,似乎是禁用了,有解决方案吗

Hi, could you please help with the safety problem of the app.

I was not able to download Anki on my laptop at work, and the IT team told that the app did not pass safety test due to presence of the malicious behaviours found by the Falcon-Crowdstrike (licenced sandbox). However, these findings can be false positives; thus, IT request that I get it confirmed with the vendor (developer) of Anki as to whether this is a false positive that can be ignored without endangering company security and to explain why this is being detected.

I'm calling bullshit. PyWin32 including a readme.html makes it ransomware, and just because of the filename?
So it cares whether it can reboot the computer. Did that match the installer, the uninstaller, the video player, or PyWin32 again?

I just downloaded the update for Mac(apple silicon). The insertion point changes the shading of the "Add" window every time it blinks. Also, moving the mouse across the window causes a similar issue. It's most pronounced when hovering over an interactive button ("Front", "Fields", ...etc). Hovering over "Help", "Add", and "Close" does not produce the same issue.
