• Prototype a restricted set of serialization types.

• build localization strings for amp-story to be deployed on cache 🏗 build and copy story localization strings to dist on amp build and amp dist amphtml#37623
• fixed critical amp-story bug in iOS where the dvh-polyfill script was not getting calculated correctly since the meta[name=viewport] tag would cause a resize but no event fired

Lessons Learned

• meta[name=viewport] ordering matters and is better as one of the first elements in head
